· Assist to directs and coordinates overall activities of the hotel restaurants and banquet facilities, ensuring high standards of food service, quality, hygiene and safety.
· Supervision and function of all F&B employees, facilities, operations, sales, cost and departmental profit.
· To analyze F&B operations from the standpoint of operating cost, increasing sales, work efficiency, merchandising principles, and hygiene, making specific correction and recommendation necessary for optimum performance and to maintain payroll control.
· Responsible for all menu printing and productions and oversee, approves all F&B related collaterals, posters, and other publicities.
· To develop F&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with prescribe methods and standards (SOP).
· Develops and administrates F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department, stimulates sales and profit, control operating expenses.
· To direct F&B departmental meetings covering all necessary subjects pertaining to the proper function of the department.
