Admin Sales and Marketing (MUET)

  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
  • Experience in Editing Picture or Video and Social Media (Tik Tok, IG, Fb & website)
  • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Creator Studio and else
  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
  • Creative in develop any content related to the field
  • Excellent in speaking and writing English
  • Able to confront with the camera
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
  • Handles registrations, payments, classes and other queries from prospect
  • Answering the phones.
  • Keep communication flowing from the Sales and Marketing Department to the Operations department.
  • Support marketing strategies set forth by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Update and maintain marketing events calendar by division.
  • Assist in writing marketing and sales plans by division.
  • Communicate monthly via Sales Reports the results of past marketing strategies by division.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and assist in updating the marketing plan accordingly.
  • Verify, maintain and manage branding standards between divisions.
  • Investigate new markets and opportunities based on industry trends when applicable.
  • Write and coordinate all social media and web based materials and press releases.
  • Set up, coordinate and attend conventions, seminars and other meetings to enhance professional knowledge and/or to promote M Bar C, as required.
  • creates and executes social media campaigns to promote the brand.
  • conducts research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to incorporate into the strategy.
  • ensure customer satisfaction.
  • respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
  • Delivering invoices and billings to the accounting department.
  • Making sure all expenses in concur are submitted on time.
  • Maintain department calendar and provide updates on events.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing materials, web content and press releases.
  • Implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
