Admin Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative duties for the Corporate Office.
  • Provide administrative support to upper management.
  • Coordinate on office activities, events and operations.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes of meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors on purchases.
  • Produce contents / articles, reports, presentations, etc. as assigned.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven success in office administration.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • At least high school Diploma or Degree in related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
