Admin Assistant

Qualifications :
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration field
  • At least two (2) years relevant working experience in HR or administration, especially in foreign workers documentation
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of workers in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently
  • Must have own transport
Tasks & responsibilities :
  • Manage the full functions of foreign workers documentation.
  • Coordinate with agent, 3rd party or government dept for company working permit, pass application and renewal of foreign workers.
  • Assist in all the day-to-day office admin, management and operational matters
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Any others job role assign by superior.
