• Responsible for full set account for oversea subsidiaries, particularly Middle East companies, China, Indonesia & Hong Kong companies.
• Perform verification to account payable, include payment to suppliers, staff claims, etc
• Prepare sales invoices for accounting recording purpose.
• Responsible for maintain price memo information for sales recording, expenses accruals purpose.
• To ensure an accurate and timely month end close-Journal entries and account reconciliations for prepaids, accruals, fixed assets and various other accounts.
• General Ledger Process-Input standard journal(Accrual, prepayment and etc) and check or reconcile balance sheet schedule in monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly PL & BS account analysis and explain for the flux.
• Prepare VAT return on quarterly basis.
• Main contact to coordinate with local finance and staff on account related issues.
• Assist Accountant in all financial reporting matters, include monthly quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Assist Accountant in year end statutory reporting and corporate tax implementation in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Able to communicate and work independently
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment, able to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in the related field in required.
• Experience in a FMCG industries will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,400.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
