1. To plan, co-ordinate and develop a good system of monitoring and control in relation to the jobs assigned to be in-charge.
2. To check and update all the source documents data into the accounting system for Account Payables / Account Receivables / General Ledger / Statement of Reconciliation / Fixed Assets Register / etc.
3. To ensure Factory & Outlet operation follow the Standard Operating Procedure of company being established during the point of checking the source documents submitted.
4. To ensure all the outgoing payments and supporting documents being properly captured into the accounting software prior payment preparation for further review and approval.
5. To ensure all the data input into the accounting software is in order to facilitate the review by immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
