Account Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- To ensure compliances on tax, GST and Company Act.
- To ensure timely filing of income tax returns.
- To liaise with tax agent and auditors during auditing and tax submission.
- To ensure timely and accuracy recording on all audit schedules.
- To check and verify DO against invoice and PO and enter into accounting software.
- To issue tax invoice/invoice, debit note and credit note with proper supporting documents.
- To prepare petty cash claims and record into system and verify cheque issued/ key in online transactions.
- To do reconciliation on AP, AR and bank.
- Possess at least Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year in Financial & Accountancy field.
- Knowledge in finance & accounting system and standards, able to meet short deadline.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
