As a Sales Representative at Uber Eats, you'll play a key role in shaping the culinary landscape by partnering with Luxembourg's top independent restaurants and well-known chains. You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on the restaurant selection while building strong, lasting relationships. What you'll do:
- Own the Sales Process: Lead the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with Restaurant Partners in Luxembourg
- Negotiate Smart: Manage contract negotiations to establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships that ensure sustainable success for both the restaurant and Uber Eats.
- Communicate Value: Clearly articulate the value of Uber Eats, introducing our newest products and initiatives to help restaurants thrive on our platform.
- Optimize for Growth: Collaborate to refine processes and ensure Uber Eats can scale quickly and efficiently.
- Take Ownership: Manage restaurant selection in your designated area, building a portfolio of top dining experiences.
- Exceed Expectations: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, driving growth in your region.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 1 year experience in an inside and/or field sales position ideally for a high growth company, (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry) or client facing position.
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure.
- Confidence in building great relationships with partners & ability to win new business over the phone
- Relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- A people person, you love talking to people and getting them excited
- Ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Full proficiency in French is mandatory, Luxembourgish AND/OR German is a plus
