Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and managing a team of 4 people, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Creative Management:
- Develop and execute a creative vision aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Oversee the creation and production of visual content for all three brands (Solar Screen, Cover Styl, and Protector), ensuring quality, style, and consistency across every channel.
- Craft compelling, on-brand copy for various marketing materials and campaigns.
2. Brand Strategy:
- Develop innovative and differentiated multi-channel brand strategies for each brand, focusing on building a strong visual and narrative identity that drives business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate creative strategy into global campaigns and communication initiatives.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs, integrating these insights into creative initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
4. Team Development:
- Mentor and develop a team of creative professionals, guiding them in achieving their goals and fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
- Foster innovation and creative excellence within the team by encouraging calculated risks and supporting the exploration of new ideas.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including graphic designers and a videographer, to ensure quality execution and meet deadlines.

- Proven track record of developing creative solutions that drive business growth and achieve measurable marketing objectives.
- Fluent in French & English
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align creative strategies with overall business goals and ROI expectations.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, persuasive content across various media and platforms.
- Ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Proven expertise in managing creative projects from conception to production, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to various stakeholders.
- Strong artistic sensibility and deep understanding of current visual and cultural trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and departments.
