Your mission : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic intern to join our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing (DEIW) team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable , inclusive, and supportive environment within our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about these values and eager to make a meaningful impact.

Be a part of our team where you will:

1. Support DEIW Programs and Initiatives:

Assist in the implementation of DEIW programs and initiatives;
Provide logistical support for DEIW events, workshops, and training sessions;
Help in the creation and distribution of DEIW communications and materials.

2. Research and Analysis

Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in DEIW.

3. Be an administrative support:

Maintain and organize DEIW records, files, and databases;
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities.

4. Collaborate to reach goals with your team:

Work closely with team members and other departments to support DEIW goals;
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance DEIW efforts.

5. Take part on Community Engagement:

Engage with employee resource groups and other internal communities to promote DEIW initiatives;
Support outreach efforts to external partners and organizations related to DEIW.

Are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a n University;
Have strong interest in and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing;
Show proficient organizational and communication skills;
Are able to work collaboratively in a team environment;
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
