Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist (One year fixed-term contract)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist. She/He will be responsible for managing and executing our digital communication strategies across various platforms. This role involves creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our website, as well as supporting internal communication, managing influencer relationships, and monitoring our brand reputation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
This is a one-year fixed term contract based in Luxembourg (maternity leave coverage). It’s an opportunity to work in a dynamic and international wealth management atmosphere.


Key Accountabilities


Social Media and Newsletter Communication:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Craft compelling newsletters to keep our clients informed and engaged.


Website Content Planning and Development:

  • Plan, develop, and manage content for the company website.
  • Implement content updates in Umbraco, our CMS (Content Management System).
  • Serve as a backup for the webmaster, ensuring the website runs smoothly and efficiently.


Internal Communication Support:

  • Provide communication support (e.g. pitchbooks for clients advisors) ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Ensure the repository is easy to access and up-to-date.
  • Organise internal repository of brand assets (Canva).
  • Organise our regular internal calls for our ICS and Client advisors teams.


Brand Reputation Management:
  • Monitor, manage and report the company's online reputation.
  • Respond to reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.


NPS Tracking and Coordination:

  • Ensure consistency in tracking and analyzing Net Promoter Score (NPS) data.
  • Centralise results and identify potential corrective actions for Management. Coordinate efforts to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Competitors Watch:

  • Monitor competitors' activities and digital marketing strategies. Share with the Marketing community.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis.


Influencer Management:

  • Identify and manage relationships with ‘influencers’ to promote our brand (Linking implementation in relation with our SEO strategy).
Knowledge and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic digital communication plans.
  • Autonomy and Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms: Canva, social media, Hub Spot for email marketing, Umbraco for CMS.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and how they integrate with communication strategies. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
  • MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook.
Languages Skills


  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), French, Dutch and/or German is a plus.
