Your key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Develop and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure project success.
- Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation, budget management, and timelines are adhered to.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders on milestones, risks, and issues.
- Drive the adoption of project management tools and software within the team.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams and departments.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree/MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management or PMO related roles.
- Demonstrable track record of success in delivering transformation projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for bridging the gap between technology and operational teams.
