Integrate new joiners to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Ensure data compliance with GPDR rules
Assist in the work-permit procedure for newcomers when required
Participate in reports preparation with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Document processes to enhance clarity and efficiency within the departments
Be part of our digitalization development
Assist the Manager and Business Partners in daily tasks
Here's what you can bring to the team:
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German and/or French would be an asset
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
Preparing a degree in Human resources or a related field
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge in labor legislation is an asset
Follows established rules and procedures with precision
Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills
