Business Analyst - Insurance Sector:
Your role
As a Business Analyst your challenges will include:
Utilize strong analytical skills to synthesize and document complex insurance processes.
Deep understanding and technical expertise in group life insurance systems.
Proficiency in Agile methodology, including Agile development practices.
Lead and manage complex insurance projects, with a focus on group life insurance.
Handle group contract renewals specific to group life insurance policies.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Conduct data analysis and reporting, leveraging relevant tools and software.
Maintain a strong understanding of insurance regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
Facilitate communication and manage relationships between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management.
Provide expertise in insurance underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree;
8+ years of experience in business analysis within the insurance industry.
Strong business-oriented mindset with analytical and technical skills.
Proven experience in stakeholder management.
Fluent in both French and English
