Assistant Accountant Luxembourg
In this role you will be assisting with the day-to-day bookkeeping as well as administrative tasks in the accounting department in Luxembourg as part of a dynamic and growing team.
Your main responsibilities:

Management of accounts payable
- Registration of purchase invoices
- Checking invoices
- Preparing payments
- Digitalisation and automation of processes

Administrative management such as
- Document scanning
- Management of reminders and e-mail inboxes
- Updating databases
You will report directly to the accounting manager.
Profile
You have an accounting degree or at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You are comfortable using IT and the usual Office tools. You are organised and meticulous. You are a team player and work independently.
You are a fluent English speaker and have at least basic knowledge of French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
