Manage the wood division staff and sells products using technical, vendor, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the assigned products to their needs. In additional developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the department. Also hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develops and executes strategic plan to achieve the department sales target and expand customer base.
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop client base through prospecting, qualifying and approaching target customers in target market along with the current customers.
Build the right sales presentation to each target customers segment.
Check and develop the designs quality and ensure that the designs matching the company’s design standards.
Ensure that the sales designers make the required following-up with the customers.
Follow-up and supervise the performance, attitude and professionalism of the sales designers and the back office staff.
Follow-up and supervise monthly/annual target achievements for the department.
Provide products knowledge to the sales staff.
Coordinate with the design department to organize the department display according to the company’s design standards.
Assisting sales staff when needed in preparing their technical and financial proposals, negotiating, and closing their deals.
Creates customers’ awareness of the company’s other services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities.
Properly feeds and utilizes the ERP and designs tools on timely fashion.
Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
Participates in providing inputs that might lead to development of new products, modification of existing products and termination of ineffective products.
