Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing the required number of control points for the assigned projects.
- Liaise with GIS & Environment team to verify the boundaries of contaminated features.
- Support the environment team to establish and mark the soil sample locations, borehole locations and any other aspects required survey support.
- Record the results of surveys, including the shape, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features.
- Conduct standard calculations to identify areas, elevation and volumes of field survey notes.
- Work collaboratively with Construction team to conduct field verification of RFI’s in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret design drawings and topographic maps.
- Assist UXO team in marking the targets of potential UXO.
- Read and interpret CAD computer applications.
- Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
- Analyse survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering
- Good experience in relevant field.
- Capable of working with GPS & Total Station Surveying Systems, SDR surveying package and other SDR modules.
- Familiar with latest Auto CAD version
