Coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) for local and worldwide vendor inspection projects.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and manage inspections, ensuring adherence to client specifications.
Prepare and manage Inspection Assignment Packages, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), client directives, drawings, and checklists.
Review inspection reports, material release notes, and ensure their accuracy before submission to clients.
Monitor inspector timesheets, expenses, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Track inspection progress using internal systems and ensure timely submission of all required documents and certifications.
Conduct and coordinate welding inspections per ASME/AWS/BS Standards.
Perform coating inspections in accordance with project and client specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and practices, including ASNT Level II in PAUT/TOFD, UT, RT, MPT, and LPT.
Assist in the development of new business opportunities by maintaining client relationships, identifying potential leads, and assisting in the preparation of proposals.
Support the creation and submission of technical and commercial bids, ensuring proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive.
Participate in client meetings, RFQs, and site visits to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Track and follow up on pending proposals and bids to increase conversion rates.
Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts to assist the Business Development team.
Assist in pre- and post-award contract activities, including coordinating with technical teams and preparing tender documentation.
Maintain the company's CRM, ensuring up-to-date client information and tracking business development activities.
Support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with internal and client standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, as a secondary first point of contact for all inspection-related queries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing regular updates on inspection statuses.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
Qualifications
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
KSE Membership is a Must.
ASNT Level II in UT, RT, MPT, and LPT
CSWIP3.1 is Must.
BGAS Grade 2 or AMPP Certified Coating Inspector is added advantage.
Additional Information
Minimum of 5-8 years With TPI Company in inspection coordination, welding inspections, and business development in the Oil & Gas sector Within Kuwait.
Proven track record in managing Third-Party Inspections and coordinating large-scale inspection projects.
Experience in contract management and sales support is highly desirable.
