Al Mulla Electronics Company (AMX) is strategically collaborating with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive B2B - Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will be entrusted with his/her team the management of retailers and channel partners, providing comprehensive sales and technical support throughout the sales process. The candidate will be key to the team's growth and must possess the ability to grow the business annually by utilizing industry skills and leveraging relationships with sales partners, contractors, and customers. Responsibilities: •Drive Sales Growth and Operations: Oversee and lead the sales growth and operations for all B2B operations related to Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC), Information Display (ID) and •Information Technology (IT) product solutions and systems, including but not limited to VRFs, single and multi-splits, and packaged units, commercial televisions, digital signage, and video walls within the assigned territory. •Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with sales partners and contractors to enhance market share and customer satisfaction. •Collaborative Business Strategies: Formulate and implement collaborative business strategies with major accounts and sales partners to drive the growth of CAC, ID and IT product portfolio, market share, and customer satisfaction. •Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with sales partners and contractors to forecast sales, projects, project timelines, and inventory. Ensure revenue targets and factory inventory goals are met. •Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on business leads from existing and potential customers. •Networking and Referrals: Leverage existing contacts to identify business opportunities and establish new connections through strategic networking and referrals. •Product Knowledge: Master product knowledge to effectively recommend, detail, and market product solutions. •Training and Empowerment: Educate and empower the personnel of AMX sales engineers, key accounts, contractors and partners regarding the product's attributes, advantages, and sales methodologies.
