Administrative Employee
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Solving Employee problems related to Visa or residency
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
- Performing Administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid Knowledge in Arabic (To Read, Write & Speak)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- High school diploma, additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

- Arabic & English (Preferred)
