Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document and track sales opportunities.
Demonstrating versatility in English written and oral skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including employees, managers, technical and non-technical customers, and potential customers.

Preferably to know the GIS concepts and industry software.
Assist Implementation Director/Management with development of team goals, providing team support, and with creating training documents to assist with team growth/development.
Requirements
Four (4) or more years of successful experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role.
Advanced knowledge of the local government entities in Kuwait market, as well as the technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization
Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
Solid knowledge in sales techniques, mechanism, and best practices
Solid knowledge in customers services and types and relationship management
Basic knowledge in the ESRI key products & services
Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
Education
Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience may be considered.
Generic & Specific Skills:
Shall be able to read, write and speak English language freely.
