Job Description
- Provides guidance, assistance, verification, checking and approvals for Customer Service’ transactions (teller cash balancing, cash vault balancing, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/ loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, service registration….) and other teller matters following delegated authority.
- Manages and accounts for branch cash including vault supply.
- Ensures ATM is adequately supplied and teller drawers are counted under dual control
- Responsible for all of the duties and responsibilities in the Customer Service Officer job description
- Provides exemplary customer service, assists with training, supervision and coaching of the branch Customer Service staff to ensure the same.
- Assists with Customer Service Officer work including cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card and other assistance as requested.
- Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
- Prepares periodically reports ad ad-hoc report including but not limited to transaction, cash, , vault, policy, customer service, compliance…
- Communicate with customer capitalize on the business referral opportunities
- Meet and exceed bank service standards while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
- Serves as a role model to tellers in terms of customer service, professional presence and technical skills
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Good math and computer skills
- Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Strong organizational skill, able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
