Provides guidance, assistance, verification, checking and approvals for Customer Service’ transactions (teller cash balancing, cash vault balancing, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/ loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card, service registration….) and other teller matters following delegated authority.
Manages and accounts for branch cash including vault supply.
Ensures ATM is adequately supplied and teller drawers are counted under dual control
Responsible for all of the duties and responsibilities in the Customer Service Officer job description
Provides exemplary customer service, assists with training, supervision and coaching of the branch Customer Service staff to ensure the same.
Assists with Customer Service Officer work including cashier, deposits, withdrawals, remittance, card/loan payments, opening and closing of accounts/card and other assistance as requested.
Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests
Prepares periodically reports ad ad-hoc report including but not limited to transaction, cash, , vault, policy, customer service, compliance…
Communicate with customer capitalize on the business referral opportunities
Meet and exceed bank service standards while complying with bank procedures and security protocols
Serves as a role model to tellers in terms of customer service, professional presence and technical skills
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Good math and computer skills
Excellent observation and decision-making skills.
Be able to work under high pressure
Strong organizational skill, able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills
