Sr. Software Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of our software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and advance issues to leadership as necessary.
Serve as the primary liaison for the technical team in multi-functional discussions, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide regular updates on program status, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions.
Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.

Requirements:

BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5+ years in a technical program management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale software projects.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and tailored approaches.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating complex technical issues and solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
