A world-leading online trading platform with hundreds of thousands of active users placing millions of trades a month is looking for a team lead who brings both managerial and technical skills to lead the team within the company's core trading group. The key responsibility for this role is to lead a strong team of ±10 cross-functional engineers, focusing on the membership domains. Membership domain focuses on creating, managing, and verifying the digital entity of a customer - ranging from Registration, Authentication, Bot-Stopping, Customers Management, and more. What you’ll do
Continuously inspire and develop your team of engineers
Evangelize best engineering practices focusing on Agile\Scrum.
Collaborate with other development teams, product managers, UI\UX designers, and others to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration
Play a key role in architectural and strategic decisions
Work with the recruiting team to attract and retain high-quality talent
REQUIREMENTS
Who you are

You have a solid technical background, from the C#\Java service-oriented backend side.
You are also well versed in engineering practices around distributed systems, iterative and incremental development, and what it takes to build a strong engineering culture.
You bring energy, positivity, and drive to the teams you work with. You focus on solutions, and trade-offs based on data and business expertise and bring a can-do approach.
You have managed a team before and have experience in growing and mentoring engineers.
