The B2B Business Unit is the growth driver of Payoneer, enabling B2B payments between businesses globally. We are looking for rock star strategists to help us define our next growth drivers, shaping our strategy to grow the business both with current customers and expanding to new customer segments, as well as product and operational strategies. We collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including product, risk, corporate strategy, and M&A to drive and execute on our vision & strategy.

What you'll be spending your time on:
Independently own large, impactful strategy work end-to-end, develop insights required to drive breakthrough success
Closely collaborate with local GTM teams to develop a nuanced understanding of the market
Support planning & budgeting processes, aligning short- and long-term goals.
Engage directly with customers to validate strategic hypotheses.
Collaborate with Product, Ops and other internal teams to drive cross-company execution
Track trends, competition, nuanced market needs to identify new opportunities Payoneeer should pursue

Have you done this kind of stuff?
3+ years of experience in leading strategy consulting firms, venture capital, investment banking, or in a strategy/corporate development role within a high-tech company.
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
Strong ability to blend high-level strategic thinking with a deep understanding of users and products.
Skilled at approaching complex problems with fresh perspectives, distilling key insights, and communicating effectively to diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, competition, and leveraging core strengths to craft resilient strategies.
Proven track record of taking ownership, driving key insights, and successfully leading cross-functional initiatives to completion.
Demonstrated success working collaboratively across teams and with external partners to solve challenging problems.
Passionate about technology with a solid grasp of software and business tech trends and market dynamics.
Full professional proficiency in English.
