; Responsibilities
Support the business unit in achieving sales targets by collecting, analyzing, and reporting accurate data related to sales and customers.
Generate weekly sales reports for the management team and sales team, including analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
Collect and clean data from multiple sources both internal and external - Qlik Sense, Maale, SAP, SF, Panorama.
Provide ongoing and accurate reports required for overseas, including risk and opportunity analysis, according to timelines.
Analyze data from Sales Force as needed.
Monitor sales team performance against the plan regularly - sales results by channel, product, monthly, quarterly, and annually, submitting reports every week as needed.
Build sales forecasts based on data analysis, product inventory management, profitability improvement recommendations, and investment returns analysis.
Assist in pricing, setting sales targets for various areas, launching plans, leading inventory management projects, returns inventory, consumer behavior, diagnostics, marketing activities, customers, and consumers.
Assist sales and marketing team members in data analysis as needed.
Lead quarterly sales summaries with an emphasis on analyzing the current situation and concluding.
Develop tools for monitoring market forecasts and participation (using BI resources and market research).
Conduct monthly and quarterly controls, including SOX controls, documentation, and improvements.
Provide financial advice for strategy building.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or equivalent.
Advanced Excel skills.
High-level English proficiency - experience working with international teams: preparing presentations, calls, correspondence, discussions, and report writing in English.
Financial acumen, analytical skills, analysis and conclusion drawing, and understanding of business processes.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role in accounting.
Analytical skills.
Experience with BI tools - an advantage.
