Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
Knowledge Development: Continuously enhance personal and professional knowledge of clinical products and technologies, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Product Familiarization: Gain a thorough understanding of diverse clinical products and technologies, ensuring proficiency in their application within the sales process.
Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze information on competitors, market trends, and hospital protocols, including accepted work procedures across various departments.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts, providing clinical insights and resources necessary to achieve overall sales targets.
Training and Education: Deliver training sessions and educational materials to customers and internal teams, ensuring they are well-informed about product features, benefits, and usage.
Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, gathering feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all activities align with hospital policies and regulatory standards, promoting safe and effective use of clinical products.
Qualifications
BA in relevant field - an advantage
High level English
High learning abilities
Willingness to work long hours and in Operation rooms (80-90% of the role) across the territory hospitals.
Mental flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
Good ability to function under constant pressure and in a changing work environment
