Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing security operations.
- Experience in working with vendors and managing a contracted security personnel.
- Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently, to interact with local stakeholders in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on international programs.
- Knowledge of laws and practices of investigations and safety.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Ability to take a multi-disciplinary approach towards security management and country resilience.

You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with and offer guidance and consultation to facility, operations management and provide security and risk advice and guidance to site and country leadership.
- Lead efforts to inform protocols and practices to assess and mitigate potential risks to Google. Coordinate with security counterparts to make risk-based recommendations about posture, resource allocation, and resilience needs.
- Manage security operations in Israel, in support of the Global Security and Resilience Services team in EMEA. Travel within the country and the wider EMEA emerging markets.
- Assist with corporate safety and security standards, policies, and practices, including managing daily operations of security and safety vendors and providing services, life-safety systems, training, drills, ergonomics, investigations, and risk assessment.
- Manage ongoing and upcoming building and facilities projects at multiple office locations across Poland in partnership with external Google support vendor partners.
