Experienced sales manager with a proven track record working with security agencies, MAFAT, the IDF, and defense industries, with a significant advantage for candidates with a technological background in software.
OR
Former career officer (preferably from MAFAT) with experience working with security agencies and a technological background in software, looking to transition into a sales and marketing role in the defense industry.
Additional Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial orientation, and deep understanding of marketing and sales processes in the defense industry.
Strong negotiation skills, the ability to build relationships with strategic clients, and lead complex sales processes.
Technological mindset and understanding of software systems and technological services, with the ability to identify solutions tailored to client needs.
