Responsibilities
- Spearhead the exploration, evaluation, and adoption of innovative technologies and tactical capabilities. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities for technology use, translating them into actionable plans.
- Design and conduct rigorous experiments and analyses to evaluate model performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on existing solutions.
- Investigate and pioneer new AI-based approaches to address cybersecurity challenges, validating their effectiveness through data-driven methods.
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of planned POCs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring cohesive execution.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning, information retrieval, or recommender systems.
- 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying ML models and LLMs in real-world applications.
- Extensive and practical AI knowledge, including LLMs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, driving innovation, and achieving strategic goals.
