Essential duties and responsibilities
Technical support and help-desk services for hardware and software to company users; include computers, network, communication, telephone system and other IT infrastructure.
First level support to users in the office, remote work and abroad
Responsibility to proper use of computerized system.
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure include computer room.
Installation of hardware and software.
Manage purchase demand and purchase order of IT equipment include service agreements and maintenance contracts.
Willingness to intensive work include overtime, and after work hours support.
Willingness to support and problems solving even beyond standard working hours.
Ability to travel abroad if needed.
Education and certifications
Formal certification a computer and network technician - must have
Previous job experience -
At least 2 years' experience and background in Help Desk and technical support - mandatory
Required knowledge –
Professional knowledge in Microsoft operating systems, workstations, servers and offices
Familiarity with installation of CAD engineering software - significant advantage
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, communication, networks and phone system
Job Skills
Professional skills required –technical understanding
Language Skills- High-level English - must have
Computer skills –
o Professional knowledge in Microsoft operating systems, workstations, servers and offices
o MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certificate - Advantage
o Knowledge of software and hardware installation
o Familiarity with installation of CAD engineering software - significant advantage
