Partnership Sales Manager

Our Mission:

At Neema, we disrupt the way money moves around the world! And we're looking for a talented Partnership Sales Manager to join our journey at our Tel Aviv office.

Using cutting edge technologies and our global financial network, we provide our clients, businesses or individuals, with advanced services including multi-currency accounts, real-time cross-border payments, and expertise in hard-to-reach financial destinations.

We are looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, focusing on financial institutions, to drive sales and revenue. This position plays a key role in expanding our new B2B products.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and account management to closing deals.
  • Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships with fintech companies, money remittance companies, and other financial institutions in order to improve Neema's market position and business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Reporting: Attending Conferences, sourcing leads, and following the sales process while providing detailed reports.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client retention, contractual integrity, and overall satisfaction.
  • Customer Needs Communication: Effectively conveying customer requirements to the support team to align service delivery with client expectations.

We're looking for:
  • Fast learner that works hard and gets S*** done.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in fast-growing, dynamic B2B companies; experience from financial institutions and aggregators is a must!
  • Revenue and Goal Driven: focused on exceeding sales targets and driving impactful partnerships.
  • Relationship Builder: You excel at creating and maintaining effective relationships with clients, partners, third parties, and colleagues, both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility & Ownership: You’re adaptable, self-motivated, and take full ownership of your tasks.
  • Data driven - feels comfortable working with BI dashboards, speaking and making data driven decisions.
  • Fluent professional English.
