Equitybee is seeking a part-time Office Admin to cover maternity leave in our Israeli office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in HR and office management within a dynamic company environment. Responsibilities
Lead and execute administrative activity of the Israeli office to ensure smooth and efficient operations (groceries, office supplies, IT equipment).
Plan and Manage the moving of our offices to a new location.
Manage the office budget, expenses, and payments.
Manage the relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Take an active part in planning and execution of the company’s wellbeing activities. and events. This includes welcoming new employees, managing gifts and employee recognitions, birthdays, happy hours, volunteer activities etc.
Manage the employee lifecycle in coordination with Finance and HR.
Collaborate with Finance on payroll administration, payments and expense management.
Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements for team members.
Requirements
Strong executor with a positive, energetic, people-oriented, and can-do approach.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
1-2 years of proven experience as an office manager is a plus.
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office apps.
