The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to join Roche Diagnostics, one of the world’s leading health suppliers in in-vitro Diagnostics. The position is located in Israel.
Your responsibilities include:
Utilize competitive, customer, and product knowledge to establish competitive barriers to market penetration by positioning Roche Professional Diagnostic's solutions.
Deliver tailored presentations specific to customer needs incorporating the outcome data from the various process analysis.
Conduct system demonstrations & presentations where applicable; Road Shows, VIPS, etc.
Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts, by developing new business, growing existing business, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems. This includes identifying and developing strategic account plans, developing and delivering the differentiating message and quantifiable economic value for products and services, selling the primary differentiation of Roche products, overcoming and managing objections, and negotiating to obtain sales.
Accountable for driving best possible customer experience with Roche & Roche products always focusing on value for customers
In depth knowledge of relevant Roche's and non-Roche's portfolio solutions and services
Builds long-term partnership relationships with relevant customers
Provides ongoing customers feedback so the organization can use any learnings from the customer and turn them into a valuable customer journey
Communicates competitive market information internally
Actively seeks for new business growth opportunities
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Science - must
3+ years of healthcare sales (molecular biology preferred) and/or application experience - must
Proven track record by education and experience in the field of Molecular Solutions
Experience as a Lab Technologist - an asset
Familiarity with Roche Molecular solutions, instruments and services - an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills based on building strong long lasting relationships
Passionate and empathetic about working with customers in the Healthcare System
Customer-centric and results-oriented
Ability to gain deep knowledge of the relevant technological solutions
Ability to sell and/or demonstrate IVD instrumentation and reagents
