We’re looking for proactive self-starters who are excited about marketing and growth. https://soundcamps.com/ Position Overview As a Marketing Manager at Sound Campaign, you will take ownership of executing and managing our marketing strategies, driving growth, and building brand awareness. You will work closely with the product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, project management, and a passion for the music industry. We are looking for candidates in the South of Israel and Tel Aviv. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales to our services.
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Collaborate with designers and animators to create engaging creative ads that resonate with our target audience.
Work closely with the product and customer support teams to optimize lead generation, nurturing strategies, and customer retention.
Plan and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators to drive brand engagement.
Analyze marketing performance data to measure effectiveness and implement optimizations.
Lead the execution of rebranding efforts and continuously improve brand perception and trust.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to continuously enhance our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing (B2B or B2C), with a focus on digital channels.
Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, with excellent project management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, product).
Strong experience and understanding of paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to lead creative projects.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Bonus: Experience in the music industry.
