Join our HR Team as the OD and Learning Lead, where you will define and execute Aitech’s Global OD & Learning Strategy in alignment with our mission, values, and business goals. Your role will enhance our people strategy, knowledge management, and workforce skills, including change management, succession planning, career path creation, and culture development. You will design and implement comprehensive strategies, global programs, solutions, and processes. This includes rolling out learning and development programs globally, initiating cross-organizational development projects, and implementing L&D best practices tailored to departmental needs. Develop OD Strategy to optimize the organization structure and talent positioning.
Initiate and lead programs and processes that strengthen organizational capacity and support business growth.
Lead OD practices, such as performance evaluation, engagement surveys, etc.
Lead core competencies programs and leadership development programs globally and locally.
Facilitate learning activities across departments and sites, both in-person and remotely in the different departments and sites to support the diverse needs and our culture.
Conduct needs analysis, define budgets, create learning plans and solutions, develop content, execute and monitor plans, and measure their effectiveness.
Training content - work with key stakeholders internally and externally to best utilize and share their knowledge and build learning solutions
Track and analyze data related to people, processes, programs, and budgets, providing insights.
Develop and facilitate sessions and complex discussions within the units.
Design and deliver programs, courses (including E-learning), career plans, and workshops, using best practices.
Create and manage training plans that are aligned with the company's objectives
Partner with stakeholders to enhance performance and align training plans with company objectives.
Act as a consultant and a center of expertise to the business and HR team
Own end-to-end processes
Requirements:
This role is a 60% part-time position, with a requirement for in-office presence.
This role requires a global mindset, bringing new content and best practices into our OD arena while also designing global and local practices and interventions per need, passion for designing content based on research, and ability to work in full collaboration
At least 8 years of experience in the OD & Learning domain within global companies.
Vast experience in the OD arena: familiarity with leading OD practices and solutions (coming both from best practices and literature)
Proven ability to build L&D frameworks, approaches, and solutions from scratch with proven experience in converting the needs and concepts into L&D and leadership practices and solutions.
Being able to zoom into details, while leading at a global level with strong project management skills. Ability to lead projects and processes on a global scale.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Excellent facilitation skills
Self-managed, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects and initiatives.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Easily switch from the big picture mindset to practicality and details
