DESCRIPTION
abra R&D seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Team Lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team.
As a Senior Full Stack Team Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of 9 developers (6 existing + 3 new hires) working on cutting-edge products in the cloud communication sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.
- Collaborating with the product team, UX designers, and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries.
- Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including quality of code, time estimations, deployment to production, and monitoring.
- Take an active part in the team’s efforts to deliver the best solutions to our services.
- Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in managing full-stack teams
- Extensive experience in the design and development of web applications
- At least 3 years of experience in client-side development, preferably with React
- At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with node.js
- Hands-on experience with No SQL databases (Mongo DB is preferred)
- Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker)
- Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management
Nice to have:
- Experience with Java Spring boot
- Experience with Micro frontend architecture
- Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
