DESCRIPTION

abra R&D is seeking an experienced Android Team Lead!

The ideal candidate will lead the development of our cutting-edge Android applications, driving technical excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Android applications
Manage a team of Android developers, providing mentorship and guidance
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features
Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the Android applications
Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Android development
2+ years of experience in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java
Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Understanding of software design patterns and architecture (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture)
Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
Knowledge of fintech industry and related regulations is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
