The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. Job Description
The Quality Engineer will handle customer complaints and lead investigations to identify and resolve issues. They will also define and enforce quality requirements for new product designs and manufacturing, working with multiple interfaces internally and externally, including suppliers and customers, and lead quality control and improvement plans. This role requires hands-on testing and analysis of parts and failures to identify root causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and lead investigations to identify and resolve issues.
- Define and enforce quality requirements for product designs and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Lead quality control and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Hands-on Testing and Analysis: Independently test and analyze parts and failures to identify root causes.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least Practical Engineer in Electronics, Optics, or other Engineering or bachelor’s degree in quality
- Relevant work experience in quality engineering.
- Familiarity with technical quality standards.
