Main Accountabilities:
Customer and Account Manager (CAM), leading an independent team with span of control of customers and account specialists.
The CAM is accountable for sales, managing field operations, and handling customer relations.
The CAM assists in sales efforts by providing support and training to the sales team.
The CAM oversees a varied team of professional customers and account specialists, fostering their sales proficiency and career growth.
The CAM collaborates closely with brand managers to ensure that strategies, messaging, sales support materials, and planned activities are effectively executed in the field.
Driving sales to meet targets for people development:
Enhancing the skills and personal growth of Customers and Account Specialists.
Coaching them on sales techniques.
Providing them with the latest digital tools and solutions.
Managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and integrating insights from scientific leaders, customers, and market research for use by brand managers.
Integrating territory planning into a cohesive strategy.
Compiling comprehensive customer reports
Planning and overseeing both digital and non-digital interactions with healthcare professionals in their area of expertise.
Identifying opportunities for business and market growth.
Collaborating on project execution with agile teams.
Requirements:
BA degree; MA degree – advantage.
3 years of experience as a sales team leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience at the Oncology field- advantage.
Leadership capabilities.
High scientific abilities.
People development abilities.
Strategic orientation and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Planning and time management skills.
Digital savvy.
