Theta Ray is looking for collections specialist- part time to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the complete collection process to ensure payments are received timely
- Communicate directly with clients regarding past due accounts via phone, email to secure payments
- Provide client status updates/estimates
- Proactively interact with customers and internal business units to resolve outstanding issues.
- Updating client information in the firm’s database and researching any missing information
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Experienced with Priority ERP software- advantage
- Comfortable conducting phone conversations about sensitive financial matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service approach
- Great at following up internally and externally to get issues resolved
- Experience utilizing Net Suite and Salesforce a plus- advantage
- Implementing processes and systems

- Great communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
