RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support smooth day-to-day execution of monetization activities, incl. fast-paced and highly segmented sales, promotions, engagement, and CRM communications
- Drive monetization and user journey upgrades from concept to execution. Keep projects on time and ensure desired KPI impact. Such projects can include AB testing monetization improvements, delivering new or improved sales or user engagement features, etc.
- Identifies opportunities to deliver incremental revenue and delivers agreed action plans to seize such opportunities, incl. improvements in Revenue Ops business logic, CRM life-cycle management, and work-flows to reduce churn and increase revenue
- Works with management across all business units to support tango on monetization aspects for strategic projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in B2C operations in mobile application environments, revenue management, or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of b2c revenue flows and how operations enhance KPI performance.
- Experience supporting senior management in planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Management: Proven ability to manage daily b2c and CRM operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows delivering top KPI performance against revenue growth targets.
- Revenue Optimization: Experience in analyzing revenue streams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to enhance revenue growth.
- Project Management: Strong execution and organizational skills with a track record of leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and KPI success.
- Data and KPI driven: Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, using data and kpi insights to inform decision-making and optimize business strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
