We are looking for a talented Business Application Manager to manage our Business Applications department and be part of our Global IT/IS team at Drivenets. The Business Application Manager will lead and manage the administration, integration, and optimization of various Saa S applications. You will analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent project management and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines. The Business Application Manager will be a crucial member of our team and will play a critical role in the success of our organization. Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions.
Work on the technical implementation of strategic projects.
Monitor the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems, and provide training and support to end-users.
Assist in scaling the business for hyper-growth.
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and integrations between our business applications.
Maintain thorough documentation of application configurations, integrations, and processes for future reference and auditing purposes.
Administer, configure, and optimize Drivenets business applications such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Net Suite and Monday
Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to recommend new solutions
Oversee application projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business applications team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

B.Sc. Degree specializing in Information Systems or equivalent
5+ years of experience managing and administering Saa S applications, specifically Salesforce, Jira, Net Suite, and Monday.com.
Strong understanding of integrations and automation best practices, with experience using APIs and scripting languages (must).
Solid understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and reporting.
Excellent technical and customer service skills.
A deep understanding of security, scalability, and solution design
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience leading and motivating a team (preferred).
