Coral Leisure Killarney currently is recruiting Weekend Duty Manager.
Responsibilities will include:

• Opening and Closing of facility.
• To supervise and organise Pool staff, Gym staff, Front of House and Leisure Attendants efficiently.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and cleanliness throughout the facility at all times.
• Dealing with complaints and queries as necessary.
• Understand and and be able to effectively carry out emergency procedures (for ex in the case of evacuation, fire, accident).
• Work actively at all times within the Health & Safety document.
• Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Business.

The ideal candidate should have:

• RLSS/IWS Lifeguard qualification
• Weekend availability essential
• Competent with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
• Excellent admin skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Work under pressure situations

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
