Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for marketing websites and online platforms.
The successful candidate will be an important part of our in-house Web Development Team, reporting to the Web Development Team Lead and working closely with our React.js web developers to translate complex ideas into intuitive and responsive designs that enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype responsive UI for websites and online platforms using Figma.
Collaborate with React.js developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.
Maintain and enhance our design systems to ensure consistency across all projects.
Work with internal teams to gather requirements and present design solutions in an organised and professional manner.
Ensure designs are optimised for a variety of devices and screen sizes, maintaining responsiveness and usability.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Experience/Skills

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in creating responsive designs for websites, web applications and online platforms.
Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
Capacity to understand and incorporate commercial priorities into design solutions in a manner that drives results.
Experience working with web developers and understanding of front-end technologies.
