Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of warehouse operations. This position involves coordinating and overseeing the logistical aspects of inventory
management, order fulfillment, and stock control within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inventory across multiple storage locations, facilitating the timely receipt and dispatch of goods,
and optimizing warehouse processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for multiple stores.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to arrange deliveries and manage shipping schedules.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure all orders are received and dispatched according to schedule.
- Oversee the organization and management of inventory across six distinct stock stores.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, reducing excess inventory and preventing stock shortages.
- Supervise the creation and assembly of products, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and are prepared for distribution.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in product creation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the warehouse, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Implement best practices for warehouse organization, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, deliveries, and warehouse activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance to senior management.
- Manage the returns process for devices and products that are defective or not functioning correctly.
- Prepare and package returned items for replacement or credit, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Communicate professionally via email with suppliers and vendors to arrange product replacements or secure credit for returned items. - Maintain detailed records of all returns and ensure that they are processed in a timely and efficient
manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve warehouse operations.

Pay: €34,000.00 per year
