I am urgently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator based on site in Dublin City.
It is for one week cover from Friday 19th September to Friday 27th September.
You will be required to start at 7am every morning.
You would require strong administration and organisational skills and will receive a full handover prior to starting the role.
Hours: 7am to 4pm 37.5 hours per week
Hourly pay: €16.00 per hour
Duration: 7 days
Location: Dublin City
Duties

• Open the Building
• Carry out workplace checklists in the office
• Liaise with other staff members on site
• General office items desk, printers, meeting rooms, canteen, washrooms
• Head Counts
• Logging any issues with support teams.
• Front of House Cover
• Answering Calls, Emails, Postal and Deliveries.
