Position Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Department: Talent Acquisition
Location: Hanley Energy HQ, City North Business Park (Hybrid)

Position Description
Hanley Energy is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Sourcer will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing business needs. This individual will leverage various sourcing channels and strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a steady flow of potential candidates.

Position Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for current and future openings.
  • Continuously research and implement new sourcing techniques and tools to improve efficiency.
Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Track and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a continuous flow of candidates to meet the needs of the Talent Acquisition team.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
Recruitment Marketing:
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and content for social media and other platforms.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze data to understand the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies and adjust as needed.
Position Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
