At The K Club we are currently seeking a Switchboard Operator to join the Reservations Team at The K Club.

Here's how you'll bring our trailblazing vision to life:

To have a full and comprehensive understanding of the telephone guide.
To answer all phone calls in a polite and timely manner and to assist all callers, adhering to all standards outlined during training.
To deal with guests and members requests in a timely manner and following all standards outlined during training
To be familiar with all groups, conferences and meetings on the Resort on a daily basis.
To keep up to date with all information regarding services and facilities available to guests including prices and opening hours.
To keep up to date on all promotions and special offers available to guests and members across the resort.
To be responsible for all calls received, both internal and external in a professional and timely manner.
To be responsible for the passing of messages to guests and managers in a professional and timely manner.
To announce all calls to guests and management when requested.
To ensure all guests and members' messages are dealt with in a correct and timely manner.
To be fully conversant with the daily arrivals and departure listings.
To work in an organised and efficient manner at all times.
To ensure all relevant information regarding guests is passed on to reception or Manager.
To assist Reservations and Front office with arrival letters and confirmations.

This is how we see you:

You have previous experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
You are in possession of excellent communications and customer relations skills.
You have fluency in English, both oral and written.
You have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
You will join in as a confident team player and strive to make your mark with team members and customers alike.
